Career Counselling

Career counselling is the process of helping students and individuals to understand themselves, about their strengths, and the available career options so that they can make their own decisions about their future career aspects in the context of overseas education, it’s a foundational step that aligns the student’s academic path with their long-term career goals.

1. Assessing the Student’s Profile

  • Academic performance (grading the marks achieved and accumulating them to the grade point averages in the selected subjects interested)
  • Skills and aptitudes (Exploitation of Courses in Depth & Knowledge Sharing)
  • Personality traits (using tools like MBTI, Holland Code, etc.)
  • Career interests (engineering, design & arts, business, science courses etc.)

2. Career Exploration

  • Provide information about:
    • Various career options
    • Industry trends
    • Future job market demand (e.g., AI, data science, healthcare, Management, Logistics & Supply Chain etc.)
  • Discussing study paths required to enter in to the careers like bachelor’s & master’s  in various courses depending up on the interest of the student and parent → including job prospects in abroad)

3. Country and Course Mapping

  • We Recommend countries that offer strong programs and best job opportunities in the chosen field.
  • Suggesting the best universities to study the course curriculum that fit the student’s goals (e.g., Business Analytics in Canada, Animation in Australia, Digital Marketing in UK & USA, Health Care Programs in Switzerland & Other European Countries, Computer Science AI & ML in United Stated of America)

4. Goal Setting

  • Helping the student to define themselves:
    • Short-term goals (what to study)
    • Medium-term goals (internships, part-time works)
    • Long-term goals (career role, PR/citizenship if desired)

5. Guidance on Skills Building

  • Recommend online certifications, extracurriculars, volunteering, etc.
  • Suggest part-time or internship and full time job opportunities in abroad to gain work exposure on hands.

6. Ongoing Support

  • Some counsellors offer check-ins during study to ensure students are staying on track or adjusting plans as needed.
  • Training on I.T.Courses
  • Motivational Classes & Campus Recruitment Trainings for Job Ready Programs.
  •  We keep tracking with our student until the completion of their courses in abroad and we recruit them in different sort of jobs to settle them in the selected destination.
  • Post study work assistance.
