Admission Formalities & Guidance
Admission Formalities & Guidance is an important support service for students going abroad. students must submit required documents, receive a university offer letter, and apply for a student visa. Once approved, they can proceed with travel and enrollment procedures.
1. Offer Letter Review
- Checking if the offer is Conditional or Unconditional.
- Conditional Offer: Student must meet the certain criteria (e.g., final exam, final documents to be submitted, final results, IELTS score).
- Unconditional Offer: All admission requirements have been satisfied.
- Explain conditions to the student and help meet them if needed.
2. Acceptance of Offer
- Guiding the student to accept the offer by:
- Logging into the university portal
- Clicking “Accept” or submitting a signed acceptance form
- Ensure this is done before the deadline.
3. Tuition Fee Deposit
- Advising:
- How much to pay (usually 1st semester fees or a deposit)
- Where to pay (university bank account)
- How to pay (bank transfer, online payment)
- Collect and file the fee payment receipt
4. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) / CAS / I-20
After The fee payment:
- The university issues:
- CoE – for Australia
- CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) – for UK
- I-20 – for USA
- LOA (Letter of Acceptance) – for Canada
- These documents are mandatory for visa applications
5. Document Verification
- Some universities require notarized or attested copies of:
- Academic transcripts
- Identity proof
- English proficiency scores
- Help students get them certified and submitted
6. Medical & Insurance (If Required)
Some countries/universities require:

- Health insurance purchase (e.g., OSHC for Australia)
7. Accommodation Booking (If University-Sponsored)
- Assist in applying for on-campus or university-partnered housing
- Guide students on deposits, contracts, and deadlines
8. Orientation Registration
- Make sure students register for pre-departure webinars or orientation sessions held by the university
9. Preparing for Visa
